Maven Clinic is seeking a Product Manager to own and build Care Delivery capabilities—the infrastructure powering how members access care and providers deliver it across maternity, fertility, menopause, and pediatrics programs. This role sits at the intersection of clinical workflows, provider tooling, EHR systems, messaging, scheduling, and billing infrastructure. You will own defined capabilities end-to-end, from problem definition through launch and iteration, working closely with engineering, design, clinical teams, and operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Own specific Care Delivery capabilities (provider workflows, clinical documentation, messaging, scheduling, quality/billing infrastructure) end-to-end
- Make crisp product decisions balancing clinical accuracy and provider experience
- Use AI hands-on to prototype ideas, pressure-test flows, and identify AI-powered capabilities that genuinely improve provider or member experience
- Partner daily with engineering and design to ship reliable platform capabilities; collaborate with clinical and operations teams to ensure real-world viability
- Translate regulatory and quality requirements (HEDIS measures, clinical coding) into clean product experiences
- Instrument and iterate based on data; bring metrics to every decision
- Build reusable platform primitives serving multiple programs rather than one-off features
- Develop and execute on a point of view for how AI improves care delivery workflows
You'll report to the Group Product Manager, Care Delivery, and work closely with providers, Clinical Product, Member Experience, Operations, and Data & AI Platform teams. This is a high-leverage role; what you build touches every program Maven offers.
Requirements:
- 3+ years in product management, ideally with experience in healthcare tech or another complex, regulated, or operations-heavy domain
- Strong executor: comfortable with ambiguous problems, able to break them down and ship without needing everything pre-defined
- Solid data instincts: define the right metrics, work with real datasets, communicate findings clearly to clinical and commercial audiences
- Comfort with technical and clinical complexity: can hold your own in engineering sprints and clinical reviews; eager to learn domain fast (FHIR, interoperability, EHR workflows)
- Genuine care for providers and members; their needs show up in your decisions
- Clear, direct communication and strong cross-functional collaboration
- Fluency with AI and genuine desire to build with it: understand how modern AI models work, know where they're reliable and where they aren't, use AI tools to prototype and think, excited to ship AI-powered features
- Bonus: experience with EHR/EMR systems, clinical workflows, healthcare interoperability, or provider-facing tools
