Graphcore is seeking a Technical Product Owner to bridge product intent and engineering delivery across its AI compute infrastructure teams. In this role, you will work with component-based software teams spanning the full AI compute stack—from bare metal silicon through to machine learning tools—helping them deliver clear, prioritized outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning component backlogs and shaping roadmaps across technical teams
- Refining epics and stories to clarify technical work and dependencies
- Supporting sprint and PI planning with clear prioritization and visibility
- Surfacing dependencies, risks, and trade-offs early to enable informed decision-making
- Facilitating cross-team coordination and communication between product, engineering, and stakeholders
- Helping teams visualize progress and maintain focus on high-impact work
- Communicating complex technical systems clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

Requirements:
- Experience working as a Product Owner or in a similar agile role
- Strong backlog management, refinement, and roadmap development skills
- Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Confidence working with technical teams, complex systems, and cross-team dependencies
- Strong facilitation skills with ability to guide discussions to clear outcomes
- Strategic mindset with empathy and ability to bring calm, clarity, and support
