WisdomAI is building an Agentic Analytics platform for trusted enterprise intelligence. The company helps organizations unlock clarity from complexity by delivering AI-powered analytics that explain the 'why' behind insights, enabling teams to move from data to decisions with speed and confidence. Founded in 2023 and backed by top-tier VCs (Kleiner Perkins, NVentures, Coatue, Madrona, GTM, Menlo Ventures), WisdomAI is trusted by companies like Cisco, Patreon, and Rubrik.
You will be a Technical Product Marketing Manager — a hands-on, full-stack role that bridges engineering rigor and storytelling. You'll sit in working sessions with data engineering teams, understand how they model and govern data, and translate that into messaging, demos, and content that moves analytics leaders, data teams, and business users to adopt WisdomAI.
Key responsibilities include:
• Building and evolving WisdomAI's core messaging anchored in data team workflows and technical realities, translating how the product works (context engineering, semantic modeling, query generation, agent reasoning, governance) into value propositions for both data architects and CFOs.
• Running continuous qualitative and quantitative research with data engineers, analytics engineers, BI owners, and platform architects to map workflows, pain points, and decision criteria. Building and maintaining personas and ICP definitions.
• Owning end-to-end launches for major features and platform releases, pairing launch narratives with technical substance: architecture explainers, feature detail, demo flows, and reference use cases.
• Building and maintaining video demo assets, sample datasets, and reference scenarios. Producing technical content that earns credibility with practitioners: solution briefs, architecture explainers, benchmarks, technical blogs, and video walkthroughs.
• Maintaining a live competitive view of legacy BI, modern BI, warehouse-native AI, and AI analytics startups. Building "Why Wisdom vs. X" narratives grounded in architecture and outcomes.
• Equipping Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success with pitch decks, playbooks, objection handling guides, technical FAQs, and customer stories aligned to the real-world stack.
• Developing full-funnel content covering the broader data and analytics audience, collaborating with the Head of Product Marketing and company leaders on category POV.
• Acting as connective tissue between Product, Engineering, Sales, Success, and Marketing, bringing the voice of the technical customer into roadmap and prioritization decisions.
This is a hands-on seat where you'll build the demo and write the narrative on Monday, and later the same week write a technical white paper or jump on a sales call to handle competitive objections with the data team. You'll be a "get it done" team player, low on ego and high on agency, with passion for cross-functional collaboration.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum 5 years in Product Marketing, Technical Product Marketing, or adjacent technical GTM roles (Solutions Engineering, Analytics Engineering, Technical Evangelism) in Data, Analytics, BI, or AI software. Experience with platforms like Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, AWS, Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Sigma, Omni, dbt, or similar.
• Genuine technical fluency: ability to write SQL, reason about data models and semantic layers, read reference architectures, and hold your own in conversations with data engineers.
• Hands-on ability to build and run your own demos and technical content without waiting on Solutions Engineering.
• Working understanding of LLM- and agent-based systems and how they get evaluated for accuracy, trust, and governance in enterprise data contexts.
• Proven ability to break down complex AI and data concepts into clear, concise messaging.
• Portfolio of GTM assets: pitch decks, competitive teardowns, launch plans, demo narratives, and technical content aimed at user, manager, and executive buyers.
• Experience partnering with product and sales teams in fast-moving environments.
• Strong research muscle: customer interviews, workflow mapping, persona creation, competitive analysis.
• Bias for clarity, speed, and narrative excellence.
