True Anomaly is seeking a Senior/Staff Technical Product Manager to bridge product vision and technical execution for autonomous spacecraft, advanced payloads, mission software, and space-based interceptors. This role is critical to delivering decisive capabilities for space superiority and countering threats from the ultimate high ground. You will work directly with the US Space Force and other USG customers to define requirements and drive strategic capability development. Your responsibilities include partnering with customers, business development, and engineering teams to define product functionality, shape scope, and prioritize features based on business goals and technical feasibility. You will engage directly with the US Government to align expectations, solicit feedback, and guide the roadmap. Key responsibilities include owning scope trade-offs between product vision and delivery capacity; creating clear, actionable requirements, epics, and specifications; mapping and documenting user workflows and data flows; defining and tracking success metrics; and providing transparent program updates to executives and partners with technical precision. You will need 6+ years of product management or technical product ownership experience, proven success working directly with external customers, and experience delivering against competitive, milestone/demo-based government contracts. A technical background (Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience) is required. Preferred qualifications include knowledge of US Space Force Battle Management doctrines, ATO processes, NIST Risk Management Framework, hands-on cloud deployment experience, systems engineering or technical program management background, and space-related program experience. Active or eligible DoD Secret or TS/SCI clearance is preferred. U.S. citizenship is required.
