Kaseya is seeking a Senior Staff Product Manager to build and own a scalable voice-of-customer engine that drives Growth & Product Strategy decisions. This is a hands-on role that establishes methods, customer access frameworks, and operating cadences to deliver trustworthy customer insights in days and weeks rather than months. Key responsibilities include: - Building a rapid, scalable voice-of-customer program that informs the company's most critical product and growth decisions - Conducting discovery interviews for priority customer segments while developing repeatable playbooks and processes - Creating efficient, creative approaches to surface customer insight by leveraging disparate sources across the organization—sales, customer success, support tickets, and beyond - Partnering closely with Product teams to bring user insight into product discovery early and often, ensuring roadmap decisions are grounded in real customer need rather than opinion - Collaborating with Go-To-Market teams (marketing, sales, customer success) to align customer insights with market strategy - Raising the bar on research rigor across the Product organization without building an expensive, heavyweight research function - Establishing the toolkit, methods, and cadence that enable the team to move with speed and confidence The role is deliberately hands-on rather than purely strategic. You will run discovery interviews, codify what works into scalable processes, and mentor the broader Product organization on customer-centric research practices. This is an opportunity to shape how a high-growth, AI-powered IT management platform understands and serves its global customer base of MSPs and enterprise IT organizations. Kaseya is backed by Insight Partners, has experienced sustained double-digit growth, supports customers in 20+ countries, and manages over 15 million endpoints worldwide. The company was founded in 2000 and operates with a culture centered on innovation, accountability, and results.
