Oura is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Hardware to lead the discovery, development, and delivery of groundbreaking hardware products that empower users to understand and improve their health. The Oura Ring is an award-winning wearable that provides daily insights on readiness, activity, and sleep quality to millions of users globally. In this high-leverage role, you will own a hardware product end-to-end, from concept through commercial launch and end-of-life management. You'll be the driving force behind product strategy, working closely with a global cross-functional team including engineers, designers, scientists, marketers, and analysts. Key responsibilities include: taking full product ownership to maximize business impact and customer satisfaction; conducting market research, competitive analysis, and user studies to inform strategy; writing and managing product requirements documents (PRDs); supporting the entire product development lifecycle; prioritizing features and improvements while balancing cost, timeline, and experience; communicating priorities and progress to stakeholders across the organization; collaborating with software product management counterparts; contributing to hardware product portfolio vision and strategy; and supporting go-to-market readiness through positioning, pricing, and product readiness oversight. You'll need 5+ years of product management experience with a proven track record of delivering products with high business impact and customer satisfaction. You should have mastered taking new or existing products (not just features) from concept to commercial launch with minimal supervision. A passion for using technology to improve health and wellness is essential. You must excel at combining consumer, technology, and business insights into compelling narratives backed by data. Strong problem-solving skills, excellent written and presentation abilities, and a natural drive to execute are critical. Bonus qualifications include consumer or wearable product expertise, experience managing large complex projects in fast-paced environments, and a track record of working with senior leadership and external partners. The role requires occasional travel and flexibility for meetings outside regular working hours.
