Pump.co is hiring a Technical Product Manager to own key product areas as the company expands from cloud cost savings into AI cost optimization. You will be responsible for the roadmap covering savings and billing visibility across AWS, GCP, and Azure, as well as LLM and AI usage tracking. Working directly with founders, engineers, and designers in a lean, fast-moving environment, you'll translate customer problems into products used by thousands of companies. This is a 5-day-per-week onsite role in San Francisco. You'll work in a startup environment with minimal process overhead and the opportunity to shape company culture and values. REQUIREMENTS: - 3–7 years of product management experience, ideally at a fast-growing B2B SaaS startup - Proven track record of shipping technical products that customers adopted and paid for - Technical depth sufficient to engage deeply with engineers on infrastructure, APIs, and data without requiring translation - Strong product sense with a preference for clean, simple user experiences - Comfortable with SQL and analytics tools; data-driven decision making - Hands-on experience with AI tools like Claude and Cursor for prototyping, analysis, and productivity - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment BONUS: - Experience in cloud infrastructure, observability, developer tools, or FinOps - Experience with usage-based or consumption-priced products - Former engineer or founder background
