Corvil Analytics, part of Pico, provides deep visibility into trading infrastructure, applications, and workflows by converting high-fidelity packet-derived data into actionable insights.
This Technical Product Manager role sits at the intersection of customers, data, and product strategy. You will work directly with customers, Sales Engineering, Support, and Engineering teams to identify real-world trading and infrastructure challenges, discover new analytics capabilities that deliver meaningful insight, and shape those ideas into differentiated product features.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead prioritization of exchange-driven protocol changes and customer-requested enhancements, balancing urgency, commercial value, and long-term product direction
- Own the product conversation for customer-driven protocol and analytics requests, translating customer problems into clear opportunities for Corvil capability
- Work directly with customers and Sales Engineering in active opportunities, workshops, and proof-of-value engagements to uncover the analytics that matter most in real trading environments
- Write clear, actionable requirements for Engineering that capture customer problems, expected behavior, technical context, priorities, and acceptance criteria
- Partner with Support and Engineering to investigate customer inquiries, identify root causes, and determine whether issues represent product gaps or enhancement opportunities
