Portnox is seeking a Technical Partnerships & Integration Manager to grow and manage its ecosystem of technology partners. This role bridges business and engineering: you will scope and launch integrations with partner platforms, serve as the primary point of contact for partners, and ensure every integration delivers real value to customers. This position suits someone early in their career with hands-on partnership experience who is ready to take on greater ownership. You will manage your own portfolio of partners with support from Product and Engineering teams, with significant room to grow as the partner program expands. Key responsibilities include: - Manage partner relationships by serving as the day-to-day contact for a portfolio of technology partners, building trust, maintaining clear communication, and resolving issues quickly. - Scope and launch integrations by working with partners and internal teams to define requirements, document technical specifications, and guide integrations from kickoff through launch. - Coordinate across teams (Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) to ensure integrations are prioritized, well-built, and properly launched and supported. - Create documentation and enablement materials including integration guides, API onboarding materials, and internal playbooks to help partners and colleagues succeed independently. - Track performance by monitoring integration adoption, usage, and partner health metrics to identify opportunities and risks. - Improve the partner program by refining onboarding processes, certification steps, and partner tooling as the program scales. - Gather feedback from partners and customers to inform the Product team's integration roadmap. Requirements: - 2–5 years of experience in partnerships, solutions engineering, integrations, technical account management, implementation, or similar role at a software or SaaS company. - Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to translate concepts and requirements to both engineers and non-technical stakeholders. - Proven ability to manage multiple projects and relationships simultaneously, stay organized, and meet deadlines (startup or scale-up experience a plus). - Proactive, problem-solving mindset with willingness to take ownership of outcomes. Nice to have: - Working knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, authentication methods (OAuth, API keys), and common data formats (JSON). - Comfort using tools like Postman, cURL, or browser developer tools to test and debug API calls. - Familiarity with integration platforms (Zapier, Workato, MuleSoft) or app marketplaces. - Experience with CRM and project management tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Jira, Asana). - Background in security software.
