Redox is a healthcare interoperability platform that connects 12,000+ systems and organizations, processing over 1.2 billion messages monthly. As Technical Onboarding Manager, you will lead the customer onboarding experience for healthcare organizations and technology vendors integrating with the Redox platform.
You will manage a portfolio of multiple concurrent customers at different stages of their integration journey, acting as a trusted technical and operational collaborator. Responsibilities include guiding customers through API development and integration, preparing them for optimal outcomes with Redox tools, troubleshooting technical challenges, and ensuring smooth first-site implementations. You will create training collateral and documentation, maintain customer records, and escalate issues internally as needed.
You'll work directly with healthcare IT teams, clinical staff, health systems, and cross-functional Redox teams (Product, Support, Sales) to translate business needs into technical solutions. The role requires deep expertise in healthcare integration standards (HL7v2, FHIR, X12, C-CDA), EHR systems, and modern APIs. You'll stay current with product enhancements and industry trends, mentoring customers and colleagues while operating with high autonomy in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
Required: 5+ years in technical, client-facing roles (preferably Healthcare IT, EHR implementation, or SaaS); hands-on experience with healthcare data standards and APIs; deep clinical workflow understanding; proven ability to manage concurrent projects; exceptional problem-solving; and proficiency with AI tools. Nice-to-have: experience with healthcare interface engines (Mirth Connect, Rhapsody, Corepoint, Cloverleaf), customer expansion/franchise building, mentoring/SME experience, and high-growth tech company background.
