SentinelOne is seeking a Technical Marketing Manager to own the technical narrative for its Singularity Platform, spanning Endpoint Security, Cloud Security, AI Security, and the Autonomous SOC. This role bridges technical depth and marketing storytelling, creating content and demos that earn practitioner attention before deals form.
You will lead one to two medium-to-high-impact projects while contributing to several others. Key responsibilities include: developing and landing high-quality technical content (white papers, blogs, solution briefs, deployment guides, reference architectures); creating demos, demo scenarios, webinars, and videos end-to-end; designing realistic attack and threat simulations; owning project planning and calendars with named deliverables and real dates; using data and insights to inform content decisions; collaborating closely with product management, engineering, threat research, sales engineering, and analyst relations; presenting at webinars and user groups; and carrying deployment feedback from labs and POCs back to product and engineering teams.
You will operate independently within established procedures, taking work from idea to published with light manager input. You'll maintain consistent delivery cadence, build reusable frameworks, and stay active in security practitioner communities. Some travel may be required.
Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of directly related experience (technical marketing, sales engineering, solutions architecture, product management, or hands-on security operations), or 4 to 6 years of general professional experience
- Real technical depth with hands-on habits: you stand up your own lab, build demo environments, run tests, read detection logic, and hold technical conversations with detection engineers and threat researchers without intermediaries
- Working knowledge of endpoint, cloud, identity, and data security; familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK
- Strong storytelling in writing and demos: ability to carry technical arguments in prose, edit rigorously, land the same argument live in demos, and simplify complex concepts without flattening them into marketing language
- Strong organizational skills: track deliverables and dates, manage multiple threads, proactive communication about slips
- Highly collaborative, low-ego approach; comfort in cross-functional teams with competing priorities; ability to build technical partnerships
- Ability to operate independently, holding consistent delivery cadence and building reusable frameworks
- Growth mindset with comfort in experimentation; data-driven; relentless problem-solving
- Big passion for cybersecurity and genuine enjoyment in understanding how products work
- Prior technical marketing engineer or sales engineer experience preferred but not critical if depth and proven demo-building, content, and positioning skills can be demonstrated
