Prenuvo is transforming healthcare from reactive sick-care to proactive wellness through award-winning whole-body MRI scans combined with AI-driven insights. The company operates a network of domestic and global clinics delivering fast, safe, non-invasive scanning with integrated hardware, software, and increasingly AI capabilities.
You will join the FP&A team as Technical Manager, reporting directly to the VP of FP&A. This role bridges finance, data, and technology—serving as the critical liaison between these functions to build and scale Prenuvo's financial planning infrastructure.
Key responsibilities include leading the implementation and optimization of Pigment (the company's enterprise FP&A planning platform), designing data models and integrations that support budgeting and forecasting, and establishing governance and best practices for financial systems. You will partner with FP&A managers on driver-based financial models, develop real-time dashboards and performance reporting, own monthly financial package consolidations, and support monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting cycles.
Beyond systems, you'll conduct detailed business performance analyses (operational metrics, marketing efficiency, CAC, revenue drivers), act as primary business partner to the CTO and IT teams, and translate complex financial data into actionable insights for senior leadership. You'll champion continuous improvement across financial processes and analytics capabilities.
The ideal candidate combines strong FP&A expertise with systems and data acumen. You should have hands-on experience implementing or optimizing FP&A platforms (Pigment, Anaplan, Adaptive Planning, Planful, or similar), building driver-based models in high-growth environments, and working effectively with large datasets and technology teams. Advanced financial modeling, analytical problem-solving, and communication skills are essential. You thrive independently and in cross-functional partnerships, comfortable with both strategic and tactical execution in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
