As Technical Delivery Manager, you will lead end-to-end technical implementations for enterprise legal clients, ensuring successful deployment, integration, and adoption of Legora's platform. You'll serve as the primary technical point of contact throughout the customer lifecycle, from kickoff through go-live and post-rollout support.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning integration projects end-to-end, managing technical documentation, test plans, and rollout execution
- Configuring and supporting customer environments including SSO, DMS integrations (iManage, SharePoint, NetDocuments), and API-based connections
- Providing dedicated post-rollout technical support for enterprise clients, troubleshooting advanced issues
- Delivering technical training and guidance to customer teams on configuration and workflows
- Coordinating across Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success teams
- Feeding implementation insights back to product and engineering teams
You bring proven experience in technical delivery, implementation, or customer-facing technical roles. You have strong hands-on expertise with SSO, authentication protocols, and enterprise integrations. You excel at project management, can translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences, and build trusted relationships across teams. You work autonomously in fast-paced environments and are comfortable managing multiple parallel projects. French language proficiency is advantageous but not required.
