Okta's Office of the CTO for Strategy & Customer Zero is seeking a Technical Content Lead to translate complex technological initiatives and enterprise security architectures into dynamic, engaging content for three primary stakeholder audiences: the Customer Zero Team (internal technology adoption and deployment lessons via Okta TV, webinars, whitepapers, and conferences), the Executive Sponsor Program (executive briefs, thought leadership, and strategic messaging for CxO relationships), and the CTO for Strategy (whitepapers, vision documents, FAQs, and strategic briefs on technology roadmaps).
You will craft high-impact messaging that balances technical rigor, brand alignment, and customer-facing impact. Key responsibilities include: writing and publishing dynamic technical content tailored for executive, internal, and customer audiences; partnering with Identity engineering teams to transform real-world internal deployments into practical guidebooks and reference architectures; collaborating with the CTO to translate vision and product direction into compelling narratives; coordinating with Marketing, Legal, Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure alignment with brand standards and compliance; developing strategic messaging assets for high-touch enterprise engagements; and influencing content architecture and publication workflows to ensure consistency and quality across strategic communications.
This is a hybrid role with offices in Dallas, Atlanta, and San Francisco. You will report to the Office of the CTO and work at the intersection of technology strategy, customer success, and executive communications.
