Bazaarvoice is seeking a Technical Consultant to join its services team in Vilnius. The role focuses on delivering web technologies and professional services, implementing the Bazaarvoice platform for enterprise clients.
You will own the end-to-end implementation process, from technical kickoff through production QA. Responsibilities include implementing the full feature set of the Bazaarvoice core platform, managing project scope and changes, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will collaborate with Sales, Engagement, and Client Success teams to align objectives and understand client KPIs to configure and customize solutions effectively.
Key deliverables include training end users on best practices for Pixel, SEO, and Syndication; managing configurations and data migration; coaching client technical teams; and communicating risks and issues clearly. You will build and manage multiple client relationships while tracking progress in Certinia and contribute to team collaboration and continuous process improvements.
The role requires strong technical expertise in the Bazaarvoice product suite, methodologies, and tools. You will need to balance multiple concurrent projects, adapt to changing requirements, and maintain a consultative approach aligned with client goals.
