GetYourGuide is seeking an Engineering Manager for the Partner Tech team, which builds and operates the integration platform enabling partners to distribute and sell inventory at scale. This role leads a team of 8 engineers (mix of senior and junior, backend and frontend) and partners closely with the Product Manager to shape roadmap and strategy across a large, complex domain.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead hiring, performance management, and career development for the engineering team, setting high talent standards
- Partner with Product Manager in a collaborative setup to drive business results end-to-end
- Foster a culture that thrives in ambiguity, embraces experimentation, and evolves based on learnings
- Drive technical excellence and own system health across the team's domain
- Champion an experimentation mindset, using data and partner insights to validate ideas and iterate quickly
- Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders across the business on impactful initiatives

Requirements:
- Seasoned engineering leader with strong ownership and ability to align technical direction with team and stakeholder needs
- Comfortable navigating complex problem spaces and empowering teams to do the same
- Passionate about experimentation as a core discovery and decision-making tool
- Full-stack mindset with ability to engage meaningfully across backend and frontend systems
- Experience applying AI technologies within product development
- People-first leader who coaches and supports engineers at all levels without micromanaging
- Ability to bring together newly-formed teams around shared ways of working
