Cyera is building a security operating model for the age of AI, providing a unified control plane that secures data, access, and behaviors across humans, systems, and AI. The Competitive Intelligence team analyzes the competitive landscape to inform product strategy, positioning, and customer conversations.
In this role, you will conduct in-depth technical analysis of competitor products, examining their architectures, technology stacks, and key features. You'll gather and synthesize competitive intelligence from multiple sources—field input, customer feedback, analyst reports, and public sources—to validate or counter competitor claims and identify market opportunities.
Key responsibilities include monitoring competitor product updates and announcements, partnering with R&D, Product Management, and Sales to identify differentiation opportunities and inform roadmap decisions. You'll develop technical competitive assets such as deep-dive reports, battlecards, and technical comparisons for use across the company. You'll also assist in creating and verifying technical benchmarks to assess Cyera's products against competitors, and proactively identify future competitors, market disruptors, and technical risks before they become visible in the field.
This is an individual contributor role focused on technical depth and analytical rigor. You'll work at the intersection of product strategy and competitive analysis, providing evidence-based insights that drive innovation in data and AI security solutions.
