Salary: USD 201,600 - 302,400 / annual

Adyen is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the scaling of its Capital business, a core pillar of its Financial OS platform. The Capital team enables businesses to grow through innovative financing solutions, and this role will be foundational for Adyen's next-generation financial products. You will own the strategy and roadmap for new Capital products, working across a complex ecosystem of teams including Product, Engineering, Design, Finance, Operations, Regulatory, and Compliance. Your responsibilities include understanding customer needs, defining success metrics, and executing platform-scale initiatives that deliver both customer value and business outcomes. Key focus areas: - Set strategy and roadmap for new Capital products - Understand customer needs and prioritize investments in products and features - Lead platform-scale execution with Engineering, Design, Finance, Operations, Regulatory, and Compliance teams - Operate with a data and experimentation-first mindset, adopting AI-first product development approaches - Translate technical complexity into customer impact You bring 8+ years of experience building high-scale products in fast-growing tech or fintech environments, with at least 4+ years in lending, banking, or adjacent products. You have a proven track record of delivering complex product and platform initiatives at scale, strong product instincts, and a data-driven decision-making approach. You're comfortable operating in ambiguity with high autonomy, demonstrate entrepreneurial thinking, and have a clear bias toward action. You communicate compellingly with both internal and external stakeholders across disciplines and cultures. The role is based in San Francisco with an office-first culture requiring at least 3 days per week in-office on average. Adyen is a global payments and financial technology platform serving customers like Meta, Uber, H&M, and Microsoft.
