The platform spans enrichment learning, academic content, and Education Savings Account (ESA) products.
As a Product Manager, you'll own products end-to-end that shape how learners, families, and educators experience education. You'll work across the consumer marketplace and ESA business, tackling high-impact problems in discovery, personalization, educator tools, and marketplace infrastructure.
Key responsibilities include identifying product opportunities and translating them into strategy and roadmaps; owning products from discovery through execution, launch, and iteration; developing deep customer understanding through research and data; partnering with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams to solve ambiguous problems; defining success metrics and running experiments; and building alignment around product vision.
You'll need professional product management experience with a track record of taking ownership, navigating ambiguity, and delivering outcomes. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills are essential, along with the ability to use data to inform decisions and measure impact. Excellent communication skills are required to create clarity across teams.
Preferred experience includes EdTech background, familiarity with search/discovery/personalization/AI/payments, marketplace technologies, and work at fast-paced startups or high-growth companies. The role is scoped based on your experience level—the company is hiring from early-career through senior product leaders.
