As a Technical Account Manager (Technical Advisory) based in London, you will be responsible for driving adoption and maximizing value of Sonar solutions within assigned enterprise accounts. Your primary focus will be on growing usage, increasing account maturity, reducing churn risk, and establishing Sonar as a trusted technical advisor. Key responsibilities include: - Actively listen to and formalize account technical pain points and adoption inhibitors - Develop and execute plans to overcome customer obstacles - Report product gaps internally and advocate for resolution - Evangelize Sonar methodology for continuous code quality and security improvements - Recruit and upgrade development teams to maximize Sonar value - Position Sonar favorably against competing products - Educate developers and managers on static code analysis and Sonar ecosystem benefits - Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with account sales representatives - Execute deployment audits and drive remediation plans - Contribute to account management and technical strategy planning - Maintain current knowledge of account technical status, threats, and opportunities - Stay current on Sonar product development to maintain expertise You will work across SonarSource's global hubs (Austin, Bochum, Dubai, Geneva, London, Singapore, Tokyo, Washington D.C.) with a team operating under the CODE mindset: Committed to customers and community, Obsessed with quality, Deliberate in decisions, and Effective as one team. REQUIREMENTS: - Minimum 5 years of practical experience in software development or DevOps engineering - Minimum 5 years of pre- or post-sales customer-facing experience - High listening skills with ability to formalize and abstract customer feedback - Excellent presentation skills with strong written and verbal communication - Proven ability to work in teams, receiving/giving feedback, and sharing knowledge - Attention to detail - Can-do attitude with ability to challenge status quo and drive improvements - Autonomy to run activities and plans with limited supervision
