As Technical Account Manager for Senior Care, you will own the technical relationship with 10–15 of voize's largest care group customers. You will be the trusted technical partner responsible for ensuring successful implementations, integrations, and ongoing support from go-live through product releases and renewals.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of 12–15 care groups, developing deep understanding of their EHR systems, infrastructure, stakeholders, and technical landscape
- Maintain detailed technical account plans covering integration architecture, planned changes, open risks, and rollout requirements
- Lead pre-release briefings and technical reviews to help customers understand impact before changes go live
- Own issue escalation and resolution across your accounts, working closely with Technical Support to provide context and accelerate fixes
- Identify patterns and recurring themes across customers and translate them into actionable product feedback for Engineering and Product teams
- Occasionally travel to customer sites for rollouts or critical escalations

Requirements:
- Several years of experience in technical account management, solutions engineering, technical support, or implementation, ideally in B2B SaaS or health tech
- Hands-on technical knowledge of integrations, APIs, logs, networks, and device/MDM setups; ability to isolate issues across interconnected systems
- Strong communication skills with both technical and executive audiences
- Structured, data-driven approach to managing multiple customers and concurrent priorities
- Professional German and comfortable English; based in Germany
- Willingness to travel occasionally for customer support
- Experience with care documentation systems is a plus
