As Technical Account Manager for Hospital, you will own the technical relationship with a portfolio of strategic hospital customers. You will become the trusted technical partner, understanding their hospital information systems (HIS/KIS), infrastructure, integrations, clinical workflows, and key stakeholders. Your responsibilities include: - Manage a portfolio of hospital and hospital-group accounts, building deep technical knowledge of their systems, infrastructure, and clinical operations - Develop and maintain a technical account plan for each customer covering integrations, deployment architecture, security, planned changes, risks, and rollout schedules - Lead release pre-briefings and technical reviews to help customers assess the impact of changes before they affect clinical operations - Own the relationship around technical issues: while Technical Support manages the queue, you provide context and drive resolution - Identify patterns across your accounts and translate them into actionable product and engineering feedback You will work closely with hospital IT teams, clinical leadership, and executive stakeholders. Success is measured by trust, retention, and long-term customer outcomes. The role is based in Berlin with a hybrid setup and occasional travel to customer sites for rollouts or escalations. REQUIREMENTS: - Several years of experience in technical account management, solutions engineering, technical support, or implementation, ideally in B2B SaaS, health tech, or hospital IT - Hands-on technical knowledge of integrations, APIs, logs, networks, identity and access management, and device/MDM setups; familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR) is a plus - Strong communication skills across technical, clinical, and executive audiences - Structured, calm approach to managing complex organizations, multiple sites, and concurrent issues, with data-driven progress tracking - Professional German and comfortable English; based in Germany - Experience with hospital information systems is a plus - Willingness to travel occasionally to customer sites
