As a Technical Account Manager, you will serve as the technical bridge between customers and the product team. You own the post-launch technical relationship for enterprise accounts, handling break/fix issues, integration health monitoring, escalation triage, and proactive account management. You are the technical counterpart to Customer Success Managers, providing credibility and depth on technical matters.
Key responsibilities include:
**Technical Support & Escalations**: Serve as the escalation point for enterprise customers, investigating product bugs, reproducing issues, and writing clear escalations for engineering. You respond to technical inquiries with accuracy and speed, owning response and resolution against defined SLAs. You proactively monitor for integration alerts and usage anomalies before they become tickets.
**Technical Relationship Management**: Build trusted relationships with administrators, IT leads, and technical stakeholders. Lead technical onboarding for new enterprise customers covering SSO configuration, LMS/CRM integrations, admin setup, and custom roleplay scenario deployment. Conduct technical health reviews to surface adoption blockers and integration opportunities. Partner with Customer Success, Professional Services, and Solution Engineers on renewals and expansions.
**Product Expertise & Feedback**: Become a deep product expert in Yoodli's AI coaching engine, roleplay scenario structure, and data flow. Translate customer technical requirements into product feedback for engineering and product teams. Document solutions, workarounds, and integration guides to reduce ticket volume and enable self-service.
You'll join a support team of professionals who embody the company's core values of Humility, Bias for Action, and Winning Together. This role requires 2-4 years of experience in technical account management, technical customer success, or senior technical support at a SaaS company, with comfort owning a small, high-touch book of enterprise accounts.
