Wiz is a fast-growing cloud and AI security platform trusted by over 65% of the Fortune 100. As a Technical Account Manager (TAM) for the ANZ region, you will be the primary technical liaison for enterprise customers, driving adoption and success of the Wiz platform.
You will own the customer journey from onboarding through operationalization, providing strategic and hands-on technical guidance. Key responsibilities include: developing and executing customer adoption strategies; serving as the escalation point for technical issues and collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Support teams; building trusted advisor relationships across customer organizations from practitioners to C-suite; developing Success Plans with measurable KPIs; and ensuring customers achieve their security and operational objectives.
You'll act as the bridge between customers and internal teams, streamlining collaboration to deliver a cohesive experience. This role requires deep technical expertise in cloud architectures, container technologies, and security best practices, combined with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Minimum qualifications: 6+ years in technical customer-facing roles (TAM, Professional Services, Solutions Engineering, Technical Support, or Customer Success Engineering); Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent; strong understanding of cloud services and security best practices with CSP-level certifications (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect, Azure certifications); and hands-on experience with container technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
Preferred: experience building and maintaining enterprise client relationships, driving customer success and exceeding performance targets; troubleshooting complex technical issues; and excellent stakeholder communication skills.
