Adyen is a global financial technology platform providing payments, data, and financial products for enterprise customers including Meta, Uber, H&M, and Microsoft. You will lead and build a team of account managers responsible for growing strategic relationships and payments revenue with Adyen for Platforms customers. This is a critical role in Adyen's UK operations, where you will mentor and coach team members, streamline operations, and foster a collaborative environment that develops future leaders. Key Responsibilities: - Build, mentor, and coach a team of account managers focused on revenue growth and strategic relationship development - Provide coaching in strategic account planning, business and payments advisory, contract negotiations, product roadmap discussions, and executive engagement - Serve as a senior stakeholder, offering strategic and consultative advice to influence the global payments strategy of platform customers - Set clear individual and team goals focused on revenue growth; report performance and metrics at executive level - Create an inspiring, collaborative team environment with open communication and feedback culture - Recruit new team members aligned with Adyen culture and required skillsets - Engage with executives at all levels and manage cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment You are an energetic self-starter with a proven commercial edge, entrepreneurial track record, and strong negotiation skills. You excel at leading time-sensitive initiatives, communicating effectively, and building executive-level enterprise relationships. You are curious by nature, a builder at heart, and thrive in collaborative, fast-paced environments. Minimum Qualifications: - 5+ years of experience managing teams and building executive-level enterprise relationships - 7+ years of experience in account management, business development, consulting, or related field - Experience in enterprise payments and financial services and/or working within a SaaS platform or marketplace environment - Full professional proficiency in English Additional Details: - Full-time position based in London office - Some domestic and international travel required - Office-first company; in-person collaboration valued
