As Team Lead, Mid-Market Sales, you will lead a high-performing team of Account Executives focused on the mid-market segment. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be directly involved in coaching reps, jumping into deals, and building a repeatable sales motion. You'll report to the Head of Sales and partner closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to ensure customers experience the full value of the platform. Key responsibilities include: - Leading, coaching, and developing a team of Mid-Market Account Executives into a revenue engine - Owning bookings targets, pipeline health, and forecast accuracy - Actively participating in deal strategy, pricing negotiations, and closes - Defining and continuously refining the mid-market sales playbook - Translating event marketing pain points into a clear, data-backed value proposition - Breaking down silos and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless customer journey - Speaking fluently with CMOs, Event Marketing Managers, Demand Gen leaders, and Revenue leaders The role is hybrid, requiring 4 days per week in the NYC headquarters. REQUIREMENTS: - 5+ years in B2B SaaS sales, with 2+ years leading a sales team - Track record at a high-growth SaaS or data platform company - Proven success running a consultative motion with mid-market customers - Genuine coaching mindset with focus on team growth and development - Strong command of pipeline management, forecasting, and deal execution - Comfort engaging with C-level and senior marketing/revenue stakeholders
