Sett is a UA creative performance platform for mobile gaming that builds agentic AI systems to analyze performance data, generate diverse playable and video ad concepts, deploy them to ad networks, and continuously learn from results. The company automates the full creative loop with AI that creates fundamentally different creative hypotheses from real performance signals rather than remixing templates.
You will own an entire product area and lead a squad of 3 people in a hybrid engineering-product role. Your responsibilities include:
- Own a product area from idea to production
- Lead and manage a cross-functional squad of 3 people
- Build product strategy through customer conversations, experimentation, and fast iteration
- Stay hands-on and continue building production systems
- Design and build agentic AI products that solve real customer problems
- Decide what gets built based on highest-leverage impact, not roadmap constraints
- Work closely with creative experts, researchers, engineers, and operations managers to continuously improve the product
This role requires someone who has worked on both sides of the table—engineering and product—and can bridge both worlds. You'll be expected to prototype, iterate quickly, and make decisions with incomplete information.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in both Software Engineering and Product Management
- Hands-on experience building and writing production code
- Proven track record of building and shipping agentic AI products to real customers
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, AI agents, orchestration frameworks, and AI evaluations
- Preference for prototypes over presentations
- Comfort making decisions without having all the answers
