Remodel Health is a health benefits platform that transforms how organizations deliver health insurance to employees and their families, shifting from one-size-fits-all plans to individualized experiences. The company serves churches, K-12 private schools, faith-based nonprofits, and for-profit organizations of all sizes. As a Team Benefits Specialist, you will manage an assigned portfolio of group benefits business, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and ancillary products. You'll serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing day-to-day support, resolving issues, and answering benefits-related questions. Your responsibilities include coordinating new group implementations, renewals, open enrollments, and plan changes to ensure smooth and accurate execution. You will also administer and manage the company's in-house Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA) offering, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timely processing. The role requires strong technical proficiency with benefits administration and enrollment software, including Ease and Employee Navigator. You'll work closely with Customer Success, Launch, and Account Management teams in a collaborative, cross-functional environment. This position requires someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and technically savvy, with excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset. You must be able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining a commitment to serving clients with accuracy, care, and efficiency. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong work ethic and a genuine passion for helping organizations and their employees navigate health benefits. The role is based in downtown Indianapolis with a hybrid schedule: four days in-office and one day working from home (Fridays).
