The Tax team ensures global compliance across sales taxes, deal structuring, reporting obligations, and strategic tax optimization. You will join as a Tax Specialist supporting the APAC and Middle East regions, working closely with the Tax Manager on global tax compliance and strategy for a high-growth organization.
Key responsibilities include:
- Research and analyze direct and indirect tax matters across APAC and Middle East jurisdictions, providing tailored advice
- Identify tax risks and planning opportunities to optimize the company's tax position
- Determine uncertain tax exposures and manage tax provisioning
- Support tax audits and inquiries from tax authorities in collaboration with third-party providers and local finance teams
- Prepare applications for tax rulings, incentives, and exemptions
- Collaborate with Finance & Accounting teams to ensure proper application of taxation laws
- Support the company's expansion into new markets with tax structuring guidance
You will be the regional expert demonstrating ownership and proactivity in a fast-paced, international environment. This role requires deep knowledge of multi-jurisdictional tax compliance and the ability to work effectively with external advisors and internal stakeholders across regions.
