Salary: USD 115,000 - 140,000 / annual

Crusoe is a vertically integrated AI infrastructure company building energy-efficient solutions to power the world's most ambitious AI workloads. The company owns and operates the full stack from electrons to tokens, addressing the critical bottleneck of power in AI compute. The Tax Manager, Income will lead the company's federal, state, and international income tax compliance and strategy. Reporting to the Director of Income Tax, this role manages a team of senior tax associates and oversees all aspects of corporate tax operations. Key responsibilities include: **Tax Compliance & Reporting**: Prepare and file all federal, state, and international tax returns on schedule. Manage tax calendars, estimated payments, extensions, and coordinate with external consultants on statutory filings in foreign jurisdictions. **Tax Provision & Accounting**: Own quarterly and annual income tax provision calculations under ASC 740, including current and deferred tax analysis, effective tax rate reconciliation, and financial statement disclosures. Ensure SOX compliance and proper documentation. **Tax Planning & Strategy**: Identify and implement tax planning initiatives to optimize the company's tax position and cash flow. Monitor legislative and regulatory changes, assess operational impact, and provide technical guidance to accounting leadership. **Team Leadership**: Manage, mentor, and develop senior tax associates. Improve internal tax processes and technology for efficiency and accuracy. Coordinate with company personnel to gather information for US tax filings. The ideal candidate brings a bachelor's degree in accounting or related field with a minimum of 5 years of corporate tax experience. A master's degree and CPA license are preferred. Experience with SEC public company reporting and foreign income tax provisions is a bonus. This is a high-impact role at a growth-stage AI infrastructure company with significant scale and ambition.
