Salary: USD 112,000 - 149,000 / annual
Anduril Industries, a defense technology company transforming military capabilities through advanced AI, autonomy, and sensor fusion, is seeking an experienced Talent Sourcer to support its SG&A recruiting team. This role focuses on proactively identifying, engaging, and nurturing top-tier talent for finance, HR, legal, policy, communications, and other administrative and general affairs functions.
You will be responsible for talent identification using advanced sourcing techniques, market research, and social media platforms to uncover both passive and active candidates. You'll initiate and develop meaningful relationships with prospective talent through tailored messaging and personalized outreach. A key responsibility is building and maintaining robust candidate pipelines for various SG&A roles, ensuring a steady flow of high-quality candidates aligned with Anduril's fast-paced, innovative environment.
You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and recruiters to understand role requirements and align sourcing strategies with broader recruitment goals. Additionally, you'll analyze sourcing metrics and candidate data to refine and optimize sourcing strategies and workflows, driving continuous improvement in recruitment effectiveness.
Required qualifications include a minimum of 3 years in sourcing or recruiting with a proven track record in SG&A hiring. You must have strong experience supporting finance, HR, legal, policy, and communications roles, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in data-driven approaches, applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and other sourcing tools is essential.
Preferred qualifications include proven experience in startups, tech, or defense-adjacent fields (AAV, UAS, AUV, weapons programs), expertise with Greenhouse and Gem platforms, and demonstrated ability to work independently and proactively. The ideal candidate is a resilient problem-solver with strong ownership mentality, low ego, high curiosity, and commitment to continuous learning.
