Anduril Industries, a defense technology company transforming military capabilities through advanced AI and autonomy, is seeking an experienced Talent Sourcer to support its SG&A recruiting team. This role focuses on proactively identifying, engaging, and nurturing top-tier talent across finance, HR, legal, policy, communications, and other administrative functions. Key responsibilities include utilizing advanced sourcing techniques, market research, and social media platforms to uncover both passive and active candidates. You will initiate and develop meaningful relationships with prospective talent through tailored messaging and personalized outreach. Building and maintaining robust candidate pipelines for various SG&A roles is central to the position, ensuring a steady flow of high-quality candidates. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and recruiters to understand role requirements and align sourcing strategies with broader recruitment goals. The role also involves analyzing sourcing metrics and candidate data to refine and optimize sourcing strategies and workflows, contributing to continuous process improvement. Required qualifications include a minimum of 3 years in sourcing or recruiting with a proven track record in SG&A hiring. You must have experience supporting finance, people (HR), legal, policy, communications, and other G&A roles while engaging top-tier talent. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with proficiency in data-driven approaches to evaluate sourcing effectiveness. You should be familiar with applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and other sourcing tools, with strong interpersonal skills suited to a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Preferred qualifications include proven experience in startups, tech, or related defense fields such as autonomous aerial vehicles (AAV), unmanned aerial systems (UAS), autonomous underwater vehicles (AUV), or weapons programs. Expertise with Greenhouse, Gem, various AI tools, and LinkedIn Recruiter is valued. The ideal candidate is highly self-sufficient, proactive, resilient, and demonstrates strong problem-solving abilities with exceptional communication and a strong sense of ownership aligned with the company mission.
