As a Talent Sourcer in the G&A (General & Administrative) function, you will own and build a strong pipeline of world-class business talent across Sales, Finance, Revenue, Marketing & Communications, and Operations. You'll partner directly with hiring managers and talent partners to identify and engage passive candidates through creative sourcing methods. Your responsibilities include maintaining deep market intelligence on business talent trends, managing recruiting funnels in the ATS with regular analytics updates, and developing proactive sourcing approaches to optimize the top of the funnel.
You'll cultivate relationships with established networks across business communities and industry leaders, deliver a world-class recruiting experience that reflects Cohere's premium brand, and identify high-impact talent projects as they emerge. The role requires strategic thinking beyond immediate hiring needs and a passion for building diverse, inclusive business teams.
You bring 4+ years of sourcing experience for business roles in high-growth, high-bar environments (startup, technology, and AI experience strongly preferred). You have an established network in business communities, excel as a creative problem solver in fast-paced environments, and leverage data and analytics to drive sourcing decisions. You're a natural influencer with exceptional relationship-building skills and a strategic mindset.
Cohere is remote-first with offices in Toronto, San Francisco, London, New York City, Montreal, Paris, Berlin, and Seoul.
