As a Talent Sourcer, you will own top-of-funnel recruiting efforts across engineering, operations, sales, marketing, product, member experience, and other functions. Your primary responsibilities include identifying and engaging high-quality candidates through creative outbound strategies, crafting personalized outreach tailored to diverse candidate profiles, and maintaining accurate pipeline tracking in the ATS. You'll partner closely with recruiters to ensure smooth candidate transitions into the interview process and experiment with new sourcing channels and messaging approaches to improve response rates and quality.
This role requires 2+ years of sourcing experience in a startup or high-growth environment, ideally with exposure to tech companies or recruiting agencies. You should demonstrate a proven ability to manage high-volume pipelines across multiple role types, possess strong written communication skills, and show comfort with ATS platforms and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, resourceful, and excited about fintech and building teams during rapid growth periods.
