As a Talent Sourcer, you'll be the engine behind Hilbert's recruiting pipeline, proactively identifying and engaging top talent before roles open. You'll partner closely with hiring managers across Product, Legal, Engineering, Growth, and GTM teams to understand hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
Key responsibilities include: developing and executing creative sourcing strategies to build diverse candidate pipelines; partnering with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles; utilizing Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools to identify passive and active candidates; conducting personalized outreach to generate interest; coordinating and scheduling candidate interviews across multiple stakeholders; maintaining accurate records in the ATS; building and nurturing talent communities for future hiring; tracking sourcing metrics and refining strategies based on data; and staying current on market trends and compensation benchmarks for product, engineering, growth, and GTM roles.
You'll need 3+ years of talent sourcing, recruiting, or talent acquisition experience in a fast-paced environment. Required skills include proficiency with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, ATS platforms), strong written and verbal communication, excellent organizational abilities, self-starter mindset, genuine rapport-building with candidates, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration with technical and non-technical hiring managers. Nice-to-have experience includes sourcing for technical/engineering roles, diversity sourcing best practices, and familiarity with platforms like SeekOut, Gem, or hireEZ.
