The Talent Sourcer will be the engine behind Hilbert's recruiting pipeline, proactively identifying and engaging top talent before roles open. You'll partner closely with hiring managers across Product, Legal, Engineering, Growth, and GTM teams to understand their needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
Key responsibilities include: developing and executing creative sourcing strategies to build diverse candidate pipelines; partnering with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles; utilizing Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools to identify passive and active candidates; conducting initial outreach with personalized messaging; coordinating and scheduling candidate interviews across multiple stakeholders; supporting the Talent Partner with ad hoc recruiting projects and process improvements; maintaining accurate candidate records in the ATS; building and nurturing talent communities for future hiring; tracking sourcing metrics and refining strategies based on data; and staying current on market trends and compensation benchmarks.
You'll need 3+ years of talent sourcing, recruiting, or talent acquisition experience in a fast-paced environment. Required skills include proficiency with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, ATS platforms), strong written and verbal communication, excellent organizational abilities, self-starter mindset, ability to build genuine rapport with candidates, comfort using data to inform strategy, and experience coordinating interview logistics across multiple interviewers. Technical sourcing experience, diversity sourcing knowledge, and familiarity with platforms like SeekOut, Gem, or hireEZ are nice-to-haves.
This is a fully remote position open to candidates based anywhere in Mexico. Hilbert values fast movement, collaboration, and real ownership over impact.
