As a Talent Sourcer, you will own recruiting pipelines for priority roles across GTM, Engineering, and Product Management functions. You'll research and identify qualified candidates using strong judgment beyond titles and keywords, craft compelling outreach that resonates with candidates, and manage multiple concurrent searches independently in a fast-moving environment.
Success in this role means building steady flows of qualified, engaged candidates for priority openings, delivering thoughtful, personalized communication that helps candidates understand the opportunity, and continuously refining your targeting and approach based on hiring-team feedback and conversion data.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 1–6 years of sourcing or recruiting experience, ideally at a high-growth startup or recruiting agency supporting startups
- Experience sourcing for GTM, Engineering, or Product Management roles, with curiosity to learn new functions and proven success filling roles
- Strong research instincts and judgment; ability to assess fit beyond titles and keywords
- Concise, compelling writing and ability to engage great candidates
- Ownership mentality, ability to sprint, attention to detail, and capacity to manage multiple searches independently in a fast-moving environment
