OpenLoop is a telehealth platform that powers virtual care delivery solutions at scale across all 50 US states. This is a new People Project Manager role—the first hire into this function—where you will own end-to-end project management for the People team's strategic initiatives. You will scope and structure complex People projects, breaking them into workstreams and defining ownership before execution begins. Key responsibilities include: • End-to-end project management for People Team initiatives, including scoping, workstream definition, and ownership clarity. • Stakeholder relationship building across HR, Finance, Legal, IT, and business teams; identifying who needs involvement and at what level. • Creation and maintenance of project artifacts: charters, RACI matrices, timelines, status updates, risk logs, and decision records. • Change management planning focused on adoption, including review cycles, training, enablement, and communications. • Risk and dependency management; driving decisions and keeping stakeholders aligned. • Support for the people side of subsidiary integrations: onboarding, offboarding, benefits, recruiting, HR systems, policy alignment, org structure, compensation, and compliance. • Coaching People Team members on their own projects and owning Monday workflow design and governance. • Identifying process improvements where AI can accelerate or automate work, testing solutions, and sharing learnings. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, proactively identifies what needs to happen next, and has strong stakeholder management instincts. You'll work in a flat organizational structure with autonomy and support to drive meaningful impact. REQUIREMENTS: • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or similar field. • 5+ years of project or program management experience, including at least 1 year supporting or working within the People function. • Demonstrated ability to scope projects from scratch, break work into parts, sequence it, and define ownership before execution. • Highly collaborative with strong stakeholder management skills; ability to identify who needs involvement and anticipate reactions. • Experience managing difficult stakeholder dynamics and keeping work moving through disagreement. • Ability to anticipate risks and dependencies before they become delays. • Proactive self-starter who identifies next steps and takes ownership without waiting for direction. • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to make complex work understandable for any audience. • Comfort with ambiguity and persistent drive to resolve it. • Effective at resolving or escalating roadblocks appropriately. • Experience with project-management and collaboration platforms; fluency with Monday and Confluence preferred. • Demonstrated success streamlining and automating with technology and AI. • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
