You will join the Talent Acquisition team as a Talent Researcher focused on driving top-of-funnel sourcing for sales functions across EMEA and APAC regions. This is a hands-on sourcing role where you'll own the full candidate pipeline for critical GTM positions including Account Executives, Account Development Representatives, and other sales-related roles.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead proactive sourcing efforts using multiple channels: LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, Boolean search, events, and networking
- Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to understand role requirements and develop targeted sourcing strategies
- Map talent across target companies in specific geographies and develop creative engagement approaches
- Conduct initial candidate outreach, screening, and assessment
- Maintain organized candidate pipelines in Greenhouse ATS with accurate data tracking
- Analyze market trends and data to refine sourcing strategies and improve candidate quality
- Provide high-touch candidate experience from initial contact through early recruitment stages
- Collaborate with recruiters to manage candidate flow and ensure timely progression
You bring 3+ years of sourcing experience with a proven track record in fast-paced, high-growth environments. You have strong expertise sourcing for GTM roles and are proficient with advanced sourcing tools and platforms. You're highly skilled at using AI and agents to research and identify hard-to-find talent. You understand the tech talent landscape, market trends, and competitor hiring strategies. You're data-driven, organized, and excellent at managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining outstanding communication and collaboration skills.
