Attio is a Series B AI-powered CRM platform for revenue teams, backed by GV, Redpoint, Balderton, and others. The company is doubling its Engineering, Product, and Design teams year-on-year, and hiring velocity is the primary constraint on growth.
You'll join the Talent team as a Technical Talent Partner, acting as the connective tissue between EPD leadership and Europe's best engineers. Your role spans the full recruiting funnel: running targeted, hand-crafted outbound campaigns for hard-to-fill roles (e.g., Staff Engineers) while simultaneously processing high-volume inbound pipelines with rigor and care. Both matter equally.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and executing sourcing strategies for senior engineering roles across Europe
- Owning end-to-end recruiting processes: screening, interviews, offer management, reporting
- Managing high-volume inbound candidate processing without compromising quality or experience
- Bringing an AI-first, modern-tooling approach to sourcing and screening
- Organizing recruiting events and cultivating interest through your talent network
You thrive in high-growth environments where you've seen teams double year-over-year and processes scale under pressure. You've either worked agency-side recruiting engineers into startups/scale-ups, grown up inside a fast-scaling tech company, or learned rigor at a large tech firm. What matters most is that you've done the reps and are ready for more.

You need to be genuinely comfortable with that ratio, resourceful in finding unconventional paths to top talent, and committed to raising the bar daily. Speed, instinct, and innovative sourcing approaches often determine whether you win a candidate or lose them to competitors.
