Amperecloud builds the operating system for renewable energy, managing over 10 GW across 8,000+ plants. As Talent Partner, you are the third voice alongside the founders on all people decisions: hiring, promotion, retention, and culture. You own talent density and the values that sustain it. You will lead full-cycle recruiting for senior and technical roles, using outbound-first sourcing to build pipelines before roles open. You run the culture screen as the first interview and protect the hiring bar across the organization. You translate the company's ADEPT values into observable behaviors and embed them into every interview, feedback cycle, and promotion decision. Beyond hiring, you drive development and retention through leveling frameworks, salary bands, semi-annual feedback cycles, promotion rounds, and equity (VSOP) administration. You identify and make retention bets on key people. You also own tooling and automation: selecting and rolling out the ATS successor, building automations across ATS, Notion, and Humaans to eliminate manual work and free your time for talent strategy. You inherit a People Guild already in motion—values, leveling framework with Berlin salary bands, structured interviews with an independent bar raiser, and a lean feedback cycle—documented with founder sponsorship. You finish, run, and evolve it. Required: full-cycle recruiting experience from high-growth startups, scaleups, VC/PE talent teams, or top search firms, with demonstrated success in senior and engineering searches (show pass-through rates, offer-accept rates, quality-of-hire metrics). You use LLMs daily as your default workflow for sourcing, screening, and synthesis—you will demo a real workflow live. You have automation literacy (APIs, no-code tools like Zapier/Make/n8n) and think like an engineer about repetitive tasks. You run structured interviews, defend decisions with observations not impressions, and have a track record of calls that aged well. You know German employment law (contracts, terminations, works councils). You are data-fluent in Sheets/Excel, own funnel and retention metrics, and ideally know SQL basics. Fluent German (C1+) and English required. You are a first-principles thinker who writes things down. Start: October/November 2026. Full-time, permanent. Based in Berlin.
