As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be a core member of Fever's People Operations team, driving global recruitment efforts and contributing to the company's talent strategy. You'll own the full-cycle recruitment process across multiple roles and departments.
Key responsibilities include:
- Sourcing high-quality candidates through diverse channels (job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, events)
- Managing end-to-end recruitment: job posting creation, application screening, phone/video interviews, candidate assessments, and interview coordination
- Partnering with hiring managers to define recruitment strategies and processes
- Delivering exceptional candidate experience and timely feedback
- Building and maintaining candidate pipelines for current and future openings
- Representing Fever at virtual job fairs, meetups, and recruitment events
- Contributing to talent strategy and identifying growth opportunities
You are obsessive about acquiring top talent, master the hiring process, and demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills. You're detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about building great teams. Experience with recruitment platforms and ATS systems is valuable. You thrive in a fast-paced, global environment and are excited about the intersection of technology and entertainment.
