Port is an Agentic SDLC Platform that helps engineering teams build, govern, and operate the software development lifecycle with AI agents. Following a $100M Series C funding round, the company is in a significant growth and global expansion phase.
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will drive full-cycle recruiting across GTM and Business functions in the US and UK, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partnerships. This is a high-ownership role for someone who takes recruiting seriously as a craft.
Key responsibilities include:
- Own end-to-end recruiting from first sourcing touch to signed offer
- Partner closely with hiring leaders globally to define role requirements, candidate profiles, and market realities
- Build proactive sourcing pipelines and find talent through creative outreach and deep market insights
- Run structured, respectful hiring processes with clear feedback loops
- Create an exceptional candidate experience that reflects Port's employer brand
- Stay informed on GTM talent market trends, competitor activity, and talent movement
- Champion Port's employer brand in every interaction
This hybrid position requires three days per week on-site at the Boston office. You will work with a product-led company that values selective, respectful, and impressive hiring principles. The role is ideal for someone with deep B2B SaaS talent landscape expertise who sources with intention and holds the bar high for both candidates and the hiring process.
