Tandem Health is a fast-scaling healthtech company reimagining healthcare by putting clinicians first. Backed by top investors, the company is expanding globally and seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner based in Stockholm to lead hiring efforts across the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).
In this role, you will be at the center of Tandem's mission to connect exceptional talent with meaningful work. You'll partner closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and execute end-to-end recruitment across multiple European markets, with primary focus on DACH. Key responsibilities include:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and facilitate high-quality conversations
- Own end-to-end hiring for Commercial, Medical Operations, and Tech roles across European markets
- Develop and experiment with creative sourcing strategies to attract world-class talent beyond traditional channels
- Build a thoughtful, inclusive, and seamless candidate experience from initial contact through offer
- Help shape and scale recruitment processes as Tandem grows, balancing speed with quality
- Strengthen employer brand through authentic storytelling about people, culture, and mission
- Act as a culture carrier, bringing energy, curiosity, and passion to every interaction
This is a high-growth, fast-paced environment where you'll play a key role in building the foundations of how Tandem hires at scale while preserving company culture. You'll work primarily from the Stockholm HQ on Kungsgatan, with opportunities to collaborate with teams across Europe.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience as a Talent Partner in a high-growth, international environment
- Track record of hiring for go-to-market roles and/or medical professionals across Europe
- Deep curiosity and creativity in sourcing to find overlooked talent
- Comfort with AI-driven recruitment technology and sourcing innovation
- Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to build trust quickly and communicate with clarity
- Passion for creating excellent candidate experience and championing diversity
- Comfort with ambiguity and change; thrives in fast-paced environments
- Genuine interest in healthcare, technology, and making work feel human
