Rerun is building the multimodal data stack for Physical AI, serving teams building robots, autonomous systems, drones, and industrial automation. The company is remote-first with colleagues across Europe and North America, backed by leading investors, and headquartered in Stockholm with a growing San Francisco hub.
As a Talent Partner reporting to the Talent Lead, you'll own full-cycle recruiting across technical and commercial roles. Your primary focus will be sourcing, engaging candidates, and running interview processes to support the company's ambitious growth plans over the next 18 months.
You'll own searches end-to-end: sourcing, screening, process management, and closing. You'll build high-quality pipelines through outbound search, referrals, and community engagement. Your recruiting scope spans developer relations, forward-deployed engineering, marketing, content, and sales roles, with support on deeper engineering hiring as needed. You'll assess candidates for both technical comprehension and role-specific skills, maintaining hiring bar standards with hiring managers.
You'll deliver outstanding candidate experience from first conversation through offer, keep processes organized and efficient, and partner with hiring managers and the Talent Lead on role definition, market insight, and calibration. Most hires will be US-based (many West Coast, some East Coast, some Europe), so you'll need to overlap with West Coast hours for candidate calls—the company is flexible about shifting your day rather than extending it.
You bring 5–8 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in early-stage and scaling startups (Seed through Series A-C). You have a track record of owning searches independently, not just sourcing within a larger TA function. You're experienced recruiting for technical products—developer tools, infrastructure, AI/ML, robotics, or similar—and can ask the right questions to understand technical substance and translate that into better sourcing and screening. You're comfortable recruiting both commercial and developer-facing roles, with genuine appetite for DevRel, forward-deployed engineering, and technical marketing. You have strong sourcing skills, excellent communication and stakeholder management, high agency and ownership, and thrive in environments where priorities shift and new challenges emerge regularly. You're willing and able to work with US time zones; calls at 5–7pm may be a normal part of your week.
