Re:Build Manufacturing is revitalizing America's manufacturing base by operating an advanced, end-to-end manufacturing platform that partners with industrial companies and innovators to scale products in aerospace and defense, electrification, medical, energy, and robotics. The company is seeking an experienced Talent Partner to lead talent acquisition strategy and execution across multiple teams and requisitions. In this role, you will own the full recruiting lifecycle from sourcing through onboarding, including candidate screening, interview coordination, offer management, and relationship building. You'll implement diverse sourcing methods—online campaigns, direct sourcing, referrals, social media—and help integrate emerging AI technology into the talent acquisition process. You'll partner closely with hiring managers and HR leaders to ensure consistent, high-quality candidate experiences and stay current with recruiting trends and best practices. Key responsibilities include developing and executing talent acquisition strategies, planning and organizing interview rounds with briefs and debriefs, building strong candidate relationships, training hiring managers on recruiting best practices, supporting career events and intern/apprentice programs, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. You'll also collaborate cross-functionally on strategic projects that support the company's rapid growth and unique culture. You bring 8–10 years of talent acquisition or recruiting experience, ideally with a background in HR, organizational leadership, or business administration. You're proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter and ideally experienced with Greenhouse ATS. You excel at sourcing, collaborating with hiring managers, maintaining confidentiality, and communicating clearly. You thrive with autonomy, hold yourself accountable to results, and are inspired by innovation in how companies attract and hire talent.
