Emerald AI is building software that enables AI data centers to scale sustainably by making them flexible and responsive to grid constraints. The company sits at the intersection of AI compute demand and energy infrastructure, backed by Radical Ventures and NVIDIA. As Talent Partner, you will own full-cycle recruiting across technical, product, business, and operational functions. You'll be an early member of the People & Talent team, operating as both a strategic advisor and hands-on recruiter. Your responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers to define talent strategies, sourcing and engaging exceptional candidates in competitive markets, building candidate pipelines through research and networking, serving as a trusted advisor on role definition and compensation, and driving a high-quality candidate experience. You'll also manage recruiting processes, improve interview workflows, and analyze recruiting data to identify opportunities for improvement. You bring 4+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, ideally from high-growth technology companies. You've successfully owned end-to-end searches including sourcing, interviewing, stakeholder management, and closing. You build trusted relationships with both candidates and internal stakeholders, communicate exceptionally well, and have a proactive, hands-on approach with strong operational discipline. Preferred experience includes scaling startups through rapid growth, recruiting for specialized technical or emerging technology domains, building recruiting processes and tools, compensation benchmarking, and partnering with executive leadership on strategic hiring. The company offers competitive pay plus equity (stock options), comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching), and flexible location options across San Francisco, Boston, or DC with 2 work-from-home days per week. You'll have the opportunity to influence organizational strategy, go-to-market approach, and company culture from day one while working alongside world-class AI, cloud, software, and energy experts.
