The Talent Operations Coordinator role combines candidate experience delivery with recruiting infrastructure development. You will own interview scheduling and candidate logistics for the recruiting team while building systems, processes, and tools that make recruiting more effective and scalable.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing interview scheduling and candidate logistics
- Documenting and improving recruiting processes
- Optimizing the ATS and recruiting technology stack
- Maintaining high-quality data and workflows
- Helping hiring teams adopt new tools and ways of working
- Supporting the Talent team during a phase of significant growth
This role requires experience operating in fast-paced recruiting environments with a demonstrated understanding of recruiting best practices and operational excellence. You'll be instrumental in scaling Machina Labs' talent acquisition function as the company grows.
