Salary: USD 118,000 - 145,000 / annual
RadixArk is seeking a hands-on Talent Operations Specialist to build and scale the recruiting and people operations infrastructure as the company grows. This role bridges recruiting operations and people ops, treating talent infrastructure as an engineering challenge rather than traditional HR work.
Key responsibilities include owning interview coordination end-to-end across multiple time zones and formats, building AI-augmented workflows to enable a small team to operate at scale, and delivering a white-glove candidate experience as the primary interview process contact. You'll maintain data integrity in the ATS, develop and document standard operating procedures and workflows, and create recruiting metrics dashboards tracking volume, conversion rates, time-in-stage, and hiring manager accountability.
You'll partner closely with the Head of People & Talent to manage priorities, streamline processes, and offload high-leverage operational tasks. The role requires someone comfortable with automation, API integrations, and people technology platforms like Ashby, Rippling, Greenhouse, Workday, GoodTime, or Modernloop.

The company is on a mission to democratize frontier-level AI infrastructure through world-class open systems for inference and training.
Ideal candidates have experience in talent ops, people ops, management consulting, or other high-intensity operational roles. You should have API/MCP experience, familiarity with ATS integrations and automation, and experience supporting or running programs across multiple regions. Strong written and verbal communication is essential.
