Checkout.com is a global fintech platform powering over 10 billion transactions yearly for companies like eBay, Spotify, Klarna, Uber, and Sony. As the first Talent Operations Associate in Mexico City, you will own recruitment operations for the Americas region, bridging candidate coordination with cutting-edge talent operations infrastructure.
You will manage complex, multi-time-zone interview scheduling using AI tools and workflow automation to resolve bottlenecks, optimize interviewer availability, and eliminate manual coordination friction. You'll partner directly with senior leaders and hiring managers, confidently holding stakeholders accountable to SLAs and securing calendar availability. Building and maintaining recruitment dashboards will be core to your role—tracking metrics like interviewer bandwidth, time-to-schedule, and drop-off rates to transform operational data into actionable insights.
Additionally, you'll manage and optimize interviewer training and shadowing programs to ensure a scalable, consistent pool of qualified interviewers across departments. You'll collaborate with the talent team to manage, configure, and optimize the ATS (Ashby), testing new features and AI integrations to improve pipeline velocity.
Required: 2+ years in high-volume, multi-region interview coordination or talent operations. You must be proactive and resourceful, with proven experience or demonstrated passion for AI tools, prompt engineering, and workflow automation. Data fluency is essential—ability to work with hiring data and build dashboards. Strong executive presence, confident communication with senior stakeholders, hands-on ATS experience, and solid project management skills are non-negotiable.
Preferred: Direct Ashby experience, custom dashboard or BI tool building, background in high-growth tech, AI, or fintech. The company offers a hybrid model with three days per week in-office to support collaboration.
